Yes, our OZEMTechnicians offer Pre-Installation Services. We can conduct an ocular with the option to have your desired Röntgen unit delivered for better visualization of how your kitchen/pantry will look. This service is free within NCR and nearby areas only.

Not necessarily, although it must be near a water line for at most 10 meters away. The white connecting hose must also be concealed for aesthetic purposes. Other than that, you may place your Röntgen anywhere you prefer.

You may opt to install it yourself or you can have one of our OZEMTechnicians install it for your convenience, free of delivery and installation charge (for NCR and nearby areas only). For Metro Manila and nearby provinces, our OZEMTechnicians can deliver and install your Röntgen within 72 hours.

For distant provinces, the delivery of your Röntgen will depend on the schedule of a third-party cargo forwarder. Our OZEMCares Customer Support Department tracks and monitors your Röntgen until you receive it.
